Fight 4 Life Nutrition Advice

Hey guys,

I just thought I'd take a minute to share with you some Nutrition Advice that I often use to help my clients take control of their nutritional intake...

The strategies I use are really quite simple so if you are determined to make some positive changes to the way you fuel your body, then simply keep reading.

How Do You Conquer Nutrition?

The First and most important thing you need to do in order to take control of your dietary intake is in becoming accountable with respect to your own eating habits. You can easily accomplish this with the help of the Green Face method outlined below, as well as updating your MyFitnessPal food journal on a minimum of 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week.

Green Face Method

Green: Fruit, Vegetables, Salad, Nuts, Legumes etc.

Face: Anything from something with a face on it.

(Meat, dairy, eggs)

The idea behind Green Face.

Breakfast and around exercise you will eat Carbohydrates (Generally white starchy foods including pasta, rice, potato, breads, cereals)

All other meals and snacks throughout the day should be Green Face.

With MyFitnessPal you will log all of the foods and beverages you have consumed within that 24 hour period with absolute honesty. This is specifically for you own self awareness and personal education purposes so lying to yourself is a big waste of time... Your time...
