What is it that Drives you?

Are you excited to get up in the morning?

Are you working toward any particular Goal for your Lives, Businesses, Relationships or Health and Fitness?

My Goal is to give you the tools to be able to answer these questions, and offer my own personal energy to help coach and mould you along this path of creating your own Strong, Fit and Stable Minds and Bodies. You may be already excited about where you're going, and if you are filled with your own passion towards life, then that's great, all of this content should be of help to you in keeping you motivated toward achieving your own goals of making dreams reality.

So let me take a minute to fill you in on how this change of mindset kicked me up the backside, and opened up a door of endless possibility.

When I was young I was one of those kids that found everything quite easy, and never really had to try at school, sport, or any other area of my life. I was excited and passionate about everything. I loved learning, I was athletic and very competitive, and had good strong parents that filled me with hope by always believing in me and telling me I could do anything I put my mind to.

It wasn't so bad in my earliest of adult years, as I was really enjoying my life (or so I thought) and didn't realise the opportunities I was wasting because I was blind to my level of procrastination, so these things didn't affect me.

Boy was I wrong...

So what made me change you may ask. Three Specific things was all it took:

The whole time I was being a self proclaimed 'Procrastinator', my little brother Trent followed his passion of Thai Boxing and stayed dedicated toward his goal, continuously smashing temptation in it's face, and earning himself the ability to live out his dream as a Thai Boxer...

Trents success made me quite depressed as I looked at my own life and the lack of success that I simply had not earnt. This was a good thing though, as it forced me to look at the way I was living, and reminded me that I too could achieve anything that I wanted, if only I were willing to work for it. Delaying my own personal developement was affecting my life and I had to do something about it.

Long story short, I started my fitness studies in the midst of my procrastinating prime, and fell short of completion. After working in Meat Processing factories for over 6 years, Marie (my partner in crime) fronted me one afternoon while I was havin' a sook about how I'd failed to complete yet another thing, proclaiming just how S#*T life was.

Right Then, Marie hit me with a simple question that would change my life. 'Why don't you go back and finish your studies then?' It might not sound like much, but this was definitely the single most important challenge of mindset that I had ever faced.

From that moment on, we haven't taken a backward step and have no plan on losing any momentum, ever... Life is awesome, Health and Fitness has always been my passion, and now I get to share it with the world, hopefully saving others from their own wasted years due to lack of passion and direction. Not only that, but I also now get to constantly push my own limits, both physically and emotionally, something that simply would have never happened with the old, negative mindset I once lived with, so thanks you Marie, I could have never gotten to where I am today without you.

Thirdly, and theoretically my number 1 guide to absolute greatness, was the discovery of Tony Robbins, Ultimately the best life coach on the planet. This guy is the Man, and his

methods of confronting you in a way that forces you to challenge any and all issues/weaknesses standing in the way of your own success is second to none. So if you are looking for a leg up in the right direction, then check out a piece of his work at the link below.

"If you don't set a baseline standard for what you'll accept in your life, you'll find it's easy to slip into behaviours and attitudes or a quality of life that's far below what you deserve.
