These magic little hight intensity workouts will have your muscles begging for mercy in a 4 minute Metabolic HIIT workout.
The idea behind the Tabata protocol is that it consists of 8 Small 20 sec Sets of exercise separated by 10 sec rest intervals. Now I personally like to modify the Tabata from 8 sets of 1 individual exercise, to 4 sets of two different exercises.
Benefits of this type of training include:
High Intensity
Very quick
Great for Metabolic training
Can quickly and easily incorporate resistance into your padwork sessions
Workout with out any fancy equipment
Makes you fit fast
