Hey guys it's Jared from Fight 4 Life and today we've got an awesome 300 Rep Metabolic Kettlebell and bodyweight challenge that's going to absolutely wreck you in no more than 20 min…

I created this challenge a couple of years ago as a workout for myself and a mate of mine, and it absolutely wrecked us then so I'm really excited to see how I go now and see exactly how much I've improved since then.

I also know exactly how awesome it is for targeting your entire body in true metabolic fashion and as such it is my duty to share such an efficient workout model for all of you guys to test out your own limits.

This is a 300 Rep Timed Spartan Challenge so the idea here is to get your kettlebell, stopwatch water and towel ready and start by hitting GO on your stopwatch.

You'll need to perform all reps and exercises as fast as humanly possible. You can stop and rest for as long and as many times as needed, but just remember that your time will continue to tick away. Once you have completed all reps and exercises, Stop the stopwatch, and you will have your time. Record your time, and attempt this challenge again in the future to see how far you've grown.

Click on any of the exercises below to see a short 15 second demonstration:

Benefits of conquering this challenge will include, a full body metabolic workout promoting massive results, you will gain lean muscle, fire up your metabolism, burn a massive amount of kj's, improve your anaerobic conditioning, and earn a huge mental win to add to your motivation and confidence.

Alright, so now is my challenge to you, give this workout a go next time you want to mix it up and try something new, get your kettlebell and stopwatch ready, have a crack and share your efforts on either the Fight 4 Life Facebook page or down below in the comment section of this blog post for everyone to see just how awesome you are.

So feel free to let me know your thoughts on this blog post and drop me some feedback? Also if you have any questions to do with health, fitness and mindset then go ahead and drop that also in the comments section below.

That's it for today, hope you've taken some value out of this video, and make sure you check in next week because I'll be showing you how you can make one of the most valuable pieces of workout equipment ever created for absolutely no cost, so until then, My name's Jared and I can't wait to talk to you again.

Take care and Stay Motivated.
