Hey guys it's Jared from Fight 4 Life and today I'm going to show you how to make one of the most valuable pieces of workout equipment you can possibly create and it won't cost you a cent…

Ok pretty much, if you want to look super fit, then you are going to need a stomach that fits the bill, and in order to build that stomach, you are going to need to be doing certain exercises that work the abs right?

Ok, so I don't know if you've ever performed roll-outs, but for those of you that have, you'll know exactly how ridiculously efficient this exercise is, not only for your abs, but for every muscle that makes up your core also, and then some.

So today I'll be showing you how you too can make your own roll-out bar and start working towards your own sexy abs today. All you need is access to a screw driver, a hammer and a wheelie bin.

This magical little contraction is so good at building your six pack muscles including your Rectus Abdominus, your obliques as well as your serratus anterior (Those awesome looking muscles that cover the ribs) and will do this better than any other piece of equipment you'll find in the gym.

Obviously if you want to be able to see your new rock hard abs though, you will need to take on a healthy nutritious meal plan as well as cardiovascular exercise to cut the fat that covers your awesome 6 pack.

CLICK HERE to find out how we can help you achieve this.

Alright so, go and get your hammer and screwdriver ready, get into that wheelie bin, source that roll-out bar and go get some practice in...

The first time you do some roll-outs, you will feel sore for a couple of days, but just remember that this is simply proof that it works.

Remember to maintain an active core, and don't let your back do all the work. If you do find your form failing, then it's time to pull up, otherwise you run the risk of back pain, so be careful in this regard, but don't you dare let that convince you that you shouldn't try these out, if you work hard you'll see some awesome results in no time.

So I pray that you take some value out of this blog, so feel free to drop me some feedback? Also if you have any questions to do with health, fitness and mindset then drop that also in the comments below.

Next week we'll be showing you an awesome 10 minute ab workout that you can add into your weekly plan to get the most out of your own core stability, and start earning you that glorious 6 pack, so stay tuned for that one and until then, My name's Jared and I look forward to talking to you soon.

Take care and Stay Motivated.
