Hey guys it's Jared from Fight 4 Life and today we have an awesome 10 minute Ab and Core workout to help you mold your Abs into a 6 pack, and gain the support and strength to not only give you a rock solid foundation but also prevent and even alleviate lower back pain from your future.
So Last week I showed you how to make your own Roll-out bar, which you are going to be needing for this particular workout, so if you didn't get around to making yours already, then CLICK HERE now as you'll be needing one for this belly busting workout.
Now I've put this workout together for all of you out there aspiring to earn that amazing abdominal area and possibly even a 6 pack for those of you who are willing to put in the hard work and discipline required in doing so.
It's 3 sets of a small High Intensity Core Conditioning Workout made just for you guys.
It consists of 4 different Exercises performed for 30 seconds a piece separated by 10 seconds of rest. You will perform all 4 exercises and then have 1 round of rest in between each set.
The Circuit goes as follows:
Roll-Outs
Wide Leg Sit Ups
Bicycles
Mason Twist
If you can incorporate this mini core workout into your weekly regime, not only can you expect to see gains in Core Strength and Stability, improved form and conditioning in regards to exercise techniques, but most of all, increased sex appeal with your new dynamic 6 pack is sure to get plenty of attention at the beach.
Ok so here it is, my challenge to you this week is to incorporate this workout into your weekly agenda, 3 times separated by 1 day recovery. All up that will be an extra 30 min to your work quota for the week and some awesome growth to your abs and core strength and conditioning.
Feel free to let us know how you find it, and if you have any other questions to do with health, fitness and mindset, then feel free to add that to the comments section below.
Well that's it for this week, hope you get a lot out of it, and I can't wait to receive your feedback. Next week I'll be covering the touchy subject of smoking cigarettes, so keep an eye out for that one if you're a smoker, or have someone close to you who smokes. Until then, my names Jared and I can't wait to talk to you again.
Take care and Stay Motivated.
