BECOME A NON SMOKER...

Hey guys it's Jared from Fight 4 Life and today I've got a message for all the smokers out there who are ready to let go of this horrible slavery and take back their freedom, so if that's you then keep listening and if not, then keep listening and pass if forward to anyone you love and care about who may be in this predicament.

So I want to show you how I was able to tackle smoking and hopefully point as many people in that exact same direction with the tools and mindset I was able to use in order to make it happen.

Ok so where do we start???

My slavery to the nicotine monster began when I was 17 years old and continued on into my late 20's affecting my health, my fitness, and my bank account just to name a few. At the time I was working on my fitness studies, I was completely over being a smoker, wasting ridiculous amounts of money on something that potentially threatened my future... I realized that I would never be happy if I didn't have my health.

Not only that, but I wanted to be a fitness coach, and in order to become a respected fitness professional and a role model for people to look up to for health and fitness, this was one major area of my life that needed remodeling.

So how did I do it?

1st, I needed to understand exactly how to be 110% committed to making lasting change and get some leverage on myself.

2nd, I needed to remove the brainwashing that society had led me to believe in regards to nicotine addiction.

3rd, I had to get excited about taking back my freedom

So, this is the method that worked for me, and the process was actually easy and enjoyable so if you want to say fuck you to struggling and fighting a losing battle for the umpteenth time with nothing but bad moods and hair loss then get excited, because this shit actually works.

3. Get Excited and Become a Non Smoker

Provided you want to quit and are ready to rid your life of this health and money thieving filth, then this will work for you.

Not only will you be able to break this addiction with no cravings and withdrawal symptoms, but you will have the sense of achievement associated with breaking what society will have you to believe as to being one of the hardest things you can ever do in your life, and actually enjoy the process.

You will grow phenomenally as a person

So let me just recap on what you need to do if you're ready to step up and become a non smoker.

Understand how your mind works in regards to making lasting change and rewriting the standards that you allow to exist in your own life

Break free from the brainwashing and change your mindset in regards to smoking

Enjoy your life as a non smoker

It's really that simple.
