So there you have it guys, 250 Rep Mason Twist Challenge..
Start the stopwatch
Feet 4 - 6 Inches off the ground,
Knees and Feet together,
Clamp your hands together and gently make contact with the floor at your side
Stop the stopwatch once you reach 250 Reps…
So here's my challenge to you, Video yourself attempting your own 250 Rep Mason Twist Test and upload it into the comment section below…
