NOT FOR CHICKEN LEGS

Hey guys it's Jared from Fight 4 Life and today I've got a serious question for you.
Do you have chicken legs???
Are you one of them blokes who always seems to have something on when it comes to leg day, or just simply tends to overlook planning legs into your routine??? Maybe you're just a little… I won't go there...
Either way, if you answered yes to either the above questions, then don't take on this challenge, this workout's gonna be too hard for you…
So I constructed this particular workout 2 years ago and with the company of my very first official training partner Leigh, experience this for the very first time. This was before I had much in the way of conditioning and it absolutely 'RUINED' my legs for days…
I must warn you, this is a ridiculously heavy leg workout and is a 300 Rep Timed Challenge, built around the foundation of, Squat, Lunge, Plyo progressing through 3 levels of Progressions until the 3rd round completely made up of Plyometric exercises and finishing off with a static Wall Sit.
You'll start by hitting the start button on your stop watch and getting into your challenge, completing all Reps for each exercise in as quick a time as possible. You will complete 30 Reps/Exercise, it is 'NOT' 30 Reps/Leg. The Workout goes as follows:
30 x Squats
30 x Lunges
30 x Speed Skaters
30 x Squat and Kick
30 x 3 Direction Lunge (Front, Side, Back = 3 Reps)
30 x Tuck Jumps
30 x Jump Squats
30 x Alternating Plyo Lunges
30 x Squat Tuck Jumps
30 Seconds Wall Sit
Upon completion of your wall sits, Stop the stopwatch and record your time.
Should you attempt this challenge, don't be expecting to be too mobile for the next couple of days, this is not a little girls workout, you will do some damage.
This damage however will promote massive gains in Strength, Power and Endurance, not to mention a wealth of Mental Toughness that comes only from pushing your body to it's absolute limits.
Pretty much it's 300 Reps of Squats, Lunges and Plyo that will have you feeling sore for days...
