Hey guys it's Jared here from Fight 4 Life and today I have for you a new addition to the Survival Workouts Library.
So what are Survival Workouts?
Each Survival Workout is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuit designed to be completed within 10 to 25 minutes and will have you not only torching your entire body, you will also be burning the same, if not more energy than you would have otherwise worked off in a typical hour session at the gym.

So all you need for this particular workout are some battle ropes, a tractor or grader tire, 20 meters of space and at least 15 minutes of free time (which everyone does).
Perform 2 - 5 Sets
Work for time
Handstand Walk
Half Burpees for distance
Tire Farmers Walk
Walking Lunges
Battle Waves x 50
Rest for 60 Sec and Repeat
