Hey guys it's Jared here from Fight 4 Life and for this weeks Survival Workout, I've put together this awesome little Upper Body Challenge for you guys.
We're going to be doing push ups and pull ups... That is it...
With just these two exercises, we can target our upper back, our chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps and have them screaming in under 10 minutes.

So all you need for this push/pull challenge is something to perform a pull up, a stopwatch, and the absolute best version of you. So what's the plan?
Work for time.
So you'll start your stopwatch, and work through as follows:
1 x Push up - 10 Pull ups
2 x Push ups - 9 Pull ups
3 x Push ups - 8 Pull ups
4 x Push ups - 7 Pull ups
5 x Push ups - 6 Pull ups
6 x Push ups - 5 Pull ups
7 x Push ups - 4 Pull ups
8 x Push ups - 3 Pull ups
9 x Push ups - 2 Pull ups
10 x Push ups - 1 Pull up
Press stop on your stopwatch and record your time below.

So there you have it guys, a nice little challenge to wreck yourself for the day and have you feeling fit and strong for days.
