SURVIVAL WOD 04

Hey guys it's Jared here from Fight 4 Life and for this weeks Survival Workout, I thought I'd throw a video together of one of the resistance workouts that I've been implementing into my weeks over the last month.

It's a Full Body workout structured from the Spartan Workouts Full Body Template and is designed to target the whole body in as little as 30 min.

So for this workout you're going to need a pull up bar, a kettlebell (or something you can substitute for one) and a yoga mat (optional but helps for comfort)

Here is the workout:

Perform for 3 Sets

Diamond Pushups

Static Arm Hang

Jump Squats

Perform for 2 Sets

Sumo Hop Burpee

Alternating KB Swing

Crunchy Frog

So the idea is to bust out the work in as little time possible, we are working on conditioning, so rest periods should be kept to a minumum.
